In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev dated February 7, 2017 No. 4947 "On the strategy of actions for the further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan", it is necessary to introduce modern principles and mechanisms regulating banking activities and to further expand support for the level of sufficiency and liquidity of commercial banks following with the requirements of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

Private Joint Stock Bank “Trustbank” also organizes relevant works of increasing the adequacy of funds and increasing the degree of liquidity. According to the current epidemiologic situation in the country, for improving the classification of bank’s employees in this area a webinar was held.

On October 6, the Learning Center of the bank and the Treasury Department organized an online videoconference on the topic of "The procedure for interaction between the Head Office and branches for the redistribution of centralized resources".

The video-conference was held by the director of the Treasury Department, Jalil Usmanaliev. The videoconference was attended by employees of the accountancy department of the bank and about 97 employees related to this topic.

The webinar was dedicated to such topics as “Sale of centralized resources to branches to maintain the level of liquidity which is necessary for crediting and financing other active operations”, "the state of the bank's liquidity", "sufficiency of the resource base", "management of bank liquidity taking into account the current economic situation in the country", as well as "the procedure for setting limits on interbank transactions" and "control over money market transactions and exchange rates, including accountability and responsibility for foreign exchange transactions".

At the end of the webinar, the participants received answers to all their questions.
