Increasing the role of women in society, creating opportunities for them to show their talent and intellectual potential, supporting their initiatives is the most important aspect for every organization.
Today about 800 women work in the private joint-stock bank “Trustbank”. For 30 years of its activity the financial institution has shown due respect not only to its employees, but also to all women of our country.
Today, on March 6, in the head office of PJSB “Trustbank” a spiritual-educational event was held on the theme “Our values that value the interests of women”.
As noted, the role of women in family and society, in particular, women’s rights and interests, ensuring gender equality, improving working and living conditions have been prioritized in our country in recent years. Among other things, a Women's Advisory Council for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men was established at PJSB Trustbank in 2021. The measures implemented by this Council and future challenges were also discussed at the event.
In addition, guests invited to the event, People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Tesha Muminov and Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Khosiyat Khusanova, sincerely congratulated all lovely women and girls on the occasion. Their artistic performances and beautiful poems praising women gave the audience an uplifting mood.
