The main directions for the development of 2025 in accordance with the Business Plan for 2025

The Bank's development directions are determined based on the bank's long-term goals and within the framework of the tasks outlined in the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy
The development of retail business and the active digitalization of business are considered as priority areas of the Bank's activities both in the coming years and in the long term. The bank's competitive advantages in the retail services market are achieved through the improvement of the quality characteristics of banking products through the use of information technologies, the completeness of the product range, and the proximity of the bank's infrastructure to its users.
The Bank's strategic priorities are:
- - use of new technologies;
- - maintaining a high level of profitability and achieving the optimal risk-revenue ratio when conducting operations;
- - development of new, promising business trends.
- - raising the level of capitalization of the bank, strengthening the financial and economic indicators of the capital adequacy, liquidity and stability of commercial banks within the requirements of the international principles of banking supervision;
- - qualitative and quantitative expansion of the client base of legal entities and individuals in all areas of activity, reduction of concentration in large depositors;
- - active attraction of funds of legal entities and individuals for term deposits, increasing the long-term resource base;
- - improving the quality of assets, expanding the practice of issuing short-term loans, carrying out systematic work to recover problem loans, overdue debt on the main debt and interest, taking measures to prevent and prevent it in the future;
- - introduction of new credit products for individuals, including those provided through the "Trastpay" mobile application.
