PJSC Trustbank Anti-Corruption Policy
Present document has been developed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About Banks and Banking Activities” and the Anti-Corruption Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 27, 2019 “On additional measures to improve combating corruption”, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the international standard ISO 37001:2016 “Anti-bribery management systems - requirements and guidance for use” and defines the anti-corruption goals and principles in PJSC Trustbank, actions and mechanisms for reporting corruption, measures to prevent corruption and liability for corruption offenses.
