On November 3 of this year, the Training Center of PJSB "Trustbank" together with a special department of foreign exchange operations held a regular educational and practical video conference on the topic: "Rules for conducting foreign exchange operations in the Republic of Uzbekistan." In total, 92 employees from all branches of the bank took part in the videoconference.
During the videoconference, the head of the special department for currency exchange operations Muzaffar Salikhov paid special attention to the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2020, No. 18/5 "On the rules for conducting currency transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan." He also talked about ways to distinguish between damaged foreign currency notes and their counterfeits, measures to be taken in relation to a customer who brought a counterfeit foreign currency note, and also reminded about responsibility and accountability for foreign currency transactions, and quality customer service.
At the end of the webinar, employees of foreign exchange departments, heads of departments of currency exchange offices and relevant specialists exchanged skills in solving problems in this area and received answers to all their questions.
Of course, the regular organization of such webinars will help improve the qualifications of bank employees and improve the quality of banking services.
