 (If the limit amount is increased by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the credit limit automatically changes)

 Eligibility criteria for borrowers/co-borrowers (individuals)

 On the date of application: has reached 18 (eighteen) years of age and not older than 60 (sixty) years (not retired by age) citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 The Borrower shall have permanent employment or a permanent income from personal subsidiary farming, dekhkan farming, individual entrepreneurship, or other lawful sources of income that are not prohibited by law and are duly documented, sufficient for the monthly payment of calculated interest and principal debt on the mortgage loan according to the payment schedule.

 Debt burden indicator (taking into account the subsidy for covering interest expenses on the mortgage loan, if provided) should not exceed 50 percent.

 At the time of consideration of the mortgage loan application, the borrower must have no overdue indebtedness to the Bank or other credit organizations.

 (Self-employed persons at the time of obtaining a mortgage loan: credit balance in the bank and other credit organizations should not exceed 20 percent of the value of the housing (apartment) being purchased with the credit.)
