TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING MORTGAGE LOANS TO THE POPULATION USING THE FUNDS OF JSC MORTGAGE REFINANCING COMPANY OF UZBEKISTAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF APARTMENTS IN MULTI-APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS ON THE PRIMARY MARKET

 Purchase of an apartment in a newly constructed multi-apartment residential building on the primary market

 For the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions - up to UZS 500.0 million

 For the city of Tashkent - up to UZS 800.0 million

 (If the limit amount is increased by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the credit limit automatically changes)

 Up to 240 months

 25 percent

 CB base rate+6 percent

 Eligibility criteria for borrowers/co-borrowers (individuals)

 - On the date of application: has reached 18 (eighteen) years of age and not older than 60 (sixty) years citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or resident.

 - Have permanent employment (permanent income), sufficient for monthly payment of calculated interest on the mortgage loan and the principal debt according to the payment schedule, as well as other sources of income not prohibited by law and documented.
